Solheim Advisory is a small, specialized firm built by mothers for mother-owned businesses. Our work centers on deep QuickBooks Online expertise, high-complexity cleanups, and long-term relationships with service-based businesses. As we grow, we’ll be looking for people who share that focus: careful, detail-driven, and genuinely good with clients who trust us with the messiest parts of their books.
Our team is remote and flexible. Early risers, nap time warriors, and everyone in between are welcome here, because what matters is that the work gets done well, not when.

What we look for:
Strong QBO fluency - you're comfortable in the weeds of a complicated file, not just maintaining a clean one
Project-based billing and job costing experience
Familiarity with tools like QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Gusto, and Payment Processors
